As we wait for Tory Lanez to drop his debut album, I Told You, he shares a visual for his song “Other Side.”
The visual for “Other Side” mostly takes place in East New York City as Lanez and director Zac Facts illustrates that the Toronto singer’s come up started from the streets.
“Don’t forget that I came from the bottom / Don’t forget that they did me no favors / Won’t forget how I came in the club on the sofa, put Margiela kicks on the table.”
“Other Side” is a heavy-hitting, banger of a record that is a hard turn from Lanez’ more melody-driven records such as “LUV.” The record won’t appear on his album but can be found on his 2015 mixtape The New Toronto.
I Told You releases on August 19 via Interscope Records.
