Emerging artist T’Juan teams with rapper Project Pat for his new single “Save Her.” Produced by Phats Traxx, the song samples Project Pat’s 2001 smash hit “Don’t Save Her.”
“Save Her” is lifted from T’Juan’s upcoming project titled The New Kanye, inspired by Kanye West.
“While sitting in a meeting with a very popular and influential DJ, I went through my catalog and realized that I have an array of music that didn’t sound like anyone else,” says T’Juan. “Titling the EP, ‘The New Kanye,’ is my way of paying homage to one of the greatest musicians of my time as well as giving the world a glimpse into what they can expect from me.”
T’Juan has worked with many prominent artists and producers including Wayne Wonder and Zaytoven. In 2009, he released his first album 29:11 with the lead single “Best Friend,” which was featured on BET’s 106 & Park. Keeping momentum, he went on to release a series of mixtapes over the next few years. His first tape, The Arrival, moved over 100,000 physical unit.
