Atlanta-based singer 6LACK (pronounced “black”) has been getting a lot of buzz this year with his single “PRBLMS.”
The hypnotizing tune has over 4 million streams on Spotify. On the breakup anthem, produced by Nova, 6LACK sings about being over his lover who wasn’t as grounded as he was and expected too much from him.
On November 25, 6LACK will release his debut album FREE 6LACK via LVRN Records. Ahead of his album’s release, the alternative R&B singer has released a visual for “PRBLMS.”
“‘PRBLMS’ mirrors my current life,” 6LACK told Complex. “I wanted to let people know exactly where I am. It’s a huge transitional period for me right now. I’m free, and am getting ready to release the first body of work that best reflects who I am and where I am in my life. The ‘PRBLMS’ video represents a fresh start in every realm.”
