Rising singer Ella Mai has unleashed READY, the third and final installment of her EP trilogy. The six-track EP is the follow-up to CHANGE and TIME.
The EP opens with a smooth jam titled “Boo’d Up,” where Mai sings about a love interest. Mai continues to show that she’s ready for love on tracks like “Breakfast In Bed” and “Nobody Else.”
On “My Way,” Mai warns her lover that she isn’t putting up with any of his games. “You talk to fiction, I talk facts / Boy if you think I’ma fall more than once for that / You must be crazy / You must be out of your mind,” she sings.
Mai ends the EP with a breakup anthem titled “Anymore.” “You won’t feel my touch anymore / ‘Cause we ain’t in love anymore,” she sings over a trap beat.
Mai is currently on Kehlani’s SweetSexySavage Tour, which kicked off last week.
