With love comes heartbreak. Emerging singer Khalid shares his pain on his latest song “Shot Down.”
“You got me shot down by love / You got my heart now / Why won’t you stop now? / Oh I’ve been knocked down by you,” he sings on the minimalistic tune.
“Shot Down” is lifted from Khalid’s debut album, American Teen, which hits stores on March 3 via RCA Records. The album will also include previously shared tracks “Let Go,” “Saved” and “Location.” Fans can pre-order the album now and get an instant download of “Shot Down.”
The 18-year-old is currently on his Location Tour, which wraps up on Valentine’s Day in Sacramento.
