H.E.R. lets her man know that two can play that game on her new song “2.” Over a hard-hitting production, H.E.R. gets the last laugh on her cheating boyfriend.
“Thought I was up in my room / Crying myself to sleep / I was with a better you / While you was busy me / I was playing you too,” she sings.
“2” is lifted from H.E.R.’ Vol. 2 – The B Sides, which arrives on October 20. The project will include five new tracks, plus her “Best Part” duet with Daniel Caesar.
On November 5, H.E.R. will kick off her headlining The Lights On Tour in Washington, D.C. The 17-city intimate tour will hit other areas including Chicago, New York, Philadelphia, Los Angeles and more.
