Mabel has just released the music video for her new single “Fine Line.”
In the video, Mabel and rapper Not3s, who’s also the featured artist, meet up with some friends to cruise the UK streets. Decked out in the flyest clothing, the world is their oyster and their carefree attitude is infectious.
In the song, Mabel sings about the tricky balance between the short and long-term with a love interest.
“They say anything goes (goes) / But I have the beat to your love (your love) / Where are we gonna take it? / Now I’m dancing on a fine line / Somewhere between a minute and a lifetime / You do it to me, to me / I can’t lie, I got a bit caught up tonight / But it’s a fine line / You do it to me, to me,” she sings.
“Fine Line” is Mabel’s first offering of the year after killing it in 2017 with her smash hit “Finder’s Keepers,” becoming a Top 10 hit in the UK. Mabel was also selected as one of our UK R&B acts to watch in 2018.
