Meelah is done with second chances on her new single “Now You’re Mad.”
Produced by J-Trx and co-written by Ré Lxuise, the infectious track finds Meelah singing about not living up to the hype of her man’s former lover. As she bravely moves on, she sings, “I gave you way too many second chances / Even though I was a blessing, always said I had you stressing / Switched up, guarantee I learned my lesson / Now you’re mad.”
“Now You’re Mad” follows previously released jam “Desert Love,” which are both expected to be featured on her long-awaited solo album. The project is set to arrive later this year via SoulStar Music Group / eOne Music.
In other news, Meelah has reunited with 702 to perform spot dates this summer. The ladies recently performed at Atlanta’s Funk Fest and Sony Hall in New York City.
