You can never lose with nostalgia, and B2K are taking heed to this with their reunion tour announcement. All original members — Omarion, Raz B, Boog (formerly J-Boog) and Fizz (formerly Lil’ Fizz) — are all on board for The Millenium Tour, which is set to begin in March 2019. It will be the first time in more than a decade that the quartet performs their big hits “Uh Huh,” Bump Bump Bump,” and “Girlfriend.”
The R&B quartet is bringing some other artists to offer more nostalgic vibes. Mario, Ying Yang Twins, Lloyd, Pretty Ricky, and Chingy have signed on for landmark tour. It makes sense to have this R&B/hip-hop artists on one bill since they all dominated the ’00s.
“We are excited to be a part of what will undeniably be a nostalgic and electrifying performance that will awaken cherished memories and create new, indelible ones for the next generation,” Michelle Le Fleur, chief operating officer at Omarion Worldwide commented to Billboard. “While admiring their solo successes, the fans have consistently demanded a B2K reunion and, with the determination of an incredibly talented team, that dream is now a reality.”
The Millenium Tour will be executed by G-Squared Events in collaboration with Omarion Worldwide, Hall of Fame Entertainment, and Blvd. Music. More details, including the official tour itinerary, will announced on December 31 at 9 a.m. ET. Tickets are slated to go on sale January 4, 2019, in some markets and in remaining markets on January 11.
