R&B novice Keithian takes flight on his new track “Birds.” On the epic synth track, the New Orleans native is “packing up his shit” after picking up cues that his lover isn’t interested anymore.
Keithian mentioned his new single, which is produced by Oliver Delcros-Sainville, was penned to vocalize his desires to be in love; even though he wasn’t fully ready to commit.
“My heart and mind was on other shit, like hoes and bullshit,” he explained. “I mean, I’m a guy of nature and when I looked at birds at that time in my life, they reminded me of how I should’ve been flying away from bad behaviors and being honest with that someone I was participating in fake love with.”
“Birds” is the lead single from his forthcoming EP, … to my Pain. The track follows a year behind his song “Ride Out.”
