Chris Brown‘s latest single “Undecided” has caught the ear of Urban Adult Contemporary listeners.
The throwback-style track has jumped seven spots to No. 8 on the Billboard Adult R&B Songs chart this week. This noteworthy move earns Brown his second top 10 entry of his career on this chart.
Brown picked up his first top 10 credit as a featured artist on Jamie Foxx’s “You Changed Me” in 2015. As a result, his recent chart move for “Undecided” notes Brown’s very first top 10 single as a lead artist on the Adult R&B Songs chart.
His Avedon and Scott Storch-produced track has been making a splash on other Billboard charts, including the R&B/Hip-Hop Airplay chart and the Rhythmic Songs chart. On the latter chart, the song recently secured Brown his 41st top 10 single, while extending his top record to a total of 47 on the leading chart.
“Undecided” is set to appear on Brown’s upcoming album Indigo, which is slated to arrive later this year through his new license agreement with RCA Records.
In April, Brown will perform in his home state of Virginia for Pharrell’s Something in the Water festival. Other stars on the performance bill include Missy Elliott, Janelle Monáe, SZA, Jhené Aiko, and more. Tickets are on sale now for the three-day festival.
