After spending his childhood as a member of R&B group Mindless Behavior, Princeton Perez is now focusing on his solo career. The California-based artist has released his debut single titled “Perfect World.”
The honest track was co-written by Dirk Pate and Kevin Ross. Speaking on the song, Perez said, “The track explains the battle between what you want and what you need. In a ‘Perfect World,’ you can have both and not have any regrets. I feel like it was a record that everyone can relate to.”
“Perfect World” is the first taste from Perez’s upcoming EP that will release later this year. Speaking on his new project, Perez told Rated R&B, “It’s straight up real stuff — how I feel about love, how I feel about relationships and how I feel about life.”
