SWV and Chance The Rapper have connected in the studio to conjure up some magic.
Coko, the lead vocalist of the trio, shared a photo of their session on early Wednesday morning, captioning, “SWV with @chancethewrapper putting that work in tonight!!”
She also mentioned that she “can’t wait” for fans to hear the magic their creating.
The recording session appears to involve Kirk Franklin, who is pictured in the background.
While no additional details surrounding this surprise collaboration have surfaced, we do know the co-stars of the new BET reality show Ladies Night haven’t released an album since 2016’s Still. Their fifth LP featured their top 20 R&B hit “Ain’t No Man.”
SWV wrapped a successful tour with Toni Braxton earlier this year.
