CeeLo Green has been under the radar lately, but is making his flamboyant presence felt on Big Boi and Sleepy Brown’s new single “Intentions.”
The colors of this arrangement are bright, vibrant, and funky. Their mildly racy lyrical content is all about aiming to please their women — with their permission, of course.
Following the jamming participation from the lead duo on the first half, Green comes in on the tail of the track to fantasize about the lady he let slip away.
A music video for “Intentions” is part of the premiere deal. Shot in the heart of Atlanta, Brown and Big Boi pull up to an extravagant masquerade party where they are greeted by a mansion full of beautiful women in risque outfits. Green is attendance for the lavish event, but his job is on the keyboard. He gets in on the fun later with an owl friend.
“Intentions” is the lead single from Brown and Big Boi’s upcoming joint album, Big Sleepover, which is slated to arrive in 2020.
Green has been sprinkling fans with new music here and there. He released a standalone track titled “Brick Road” last year. He also appeared on Diimond Meeks’ “Loose Me.”
