Ledisi has announced new 2020 tour dates, with acclaimed jazz musician Gregory Porter.
The co-headlining North American trek will begin at Fox Theatre on February 6, 2020, in Oakland, California and will make stops in other major cities including Atlanta, Houston, and Chicago. The tour will conclude at Fox Theatre Detroit on March 28, 2020, in Detroit.
Tickets for the soulful joint tour go on sale this Friday, October 25.
Before heading out on the road with Porter, Ledisi will be playing an 11-date residency this December in Beverly Hill, California. The series of concerts will honor the High Priestess of Soul Nina Simone. Tickets are available now on her official website.
Ledisi, who appears on Miles Davis’ 1986 lost album Rubberband, is working on her follow-up to 2017’s Let Love Rule. Babyface, Robert Glasper, and frequent collaborator Rex Rideout are on board for the next album.
