Reggae sensation Skip Marley, the grandson of the legendary Bob Marley, has enlisted H.E.R. for his new single titled “Slow Down.”
Skip and H.E.R.’s chemistry translates perfectly on the soulful track. The feel-good tune is about taking the time to build a foundation for a relationship.
“We can have just one night / Or we can one whole life If we play it cool / We can have that one thing / Or we can have everything If our hearts are true,” Marley sings.
H.E.R. echoes Marley’s sentiments, singing, “You know I’m looking for more / And you’re what I’ve been praying for / This kind of love don’t come around like this.”
