Longtime Kanye West collaborator Ant Clemons is making his mark on R&B with his debut project, Happy 2 Be Here.
The eight-track EP puts Clemons raw vocal talent at center stage with mountainous production from icons such as Timbaland, The Stereotypes and more.
On the Ty Dolla Sign-assisted “Excited,” the emerging singer-songwriter exudes a vibe of pure love and infatuation.
“I still get excited every time that you hit me up / Butterflies in my stomach feel ’em coming right up / I don’t know what you’re doing to me, enough is enough / I don’t know how you got me coming right back to your love,” Clemons sings on the song’s chorus.
The project features the vocal talent of some of the brightest in the industry, including Pharrell Williams, Timbaland and Ty Dolla Sign.
