Good music brings people together. With more time at home, Rotimi has released his Unplugged Sessions EP.
With the luxury of having a home studio, the singer locked himself in and recorded the project in one day. “We made a whole unplugged acoustic EP that’s just organic,” he shared with MTV News.
He continued, “It’s music that I always wanted to make, and I wanted to just give something to my fans that will hold them over until this quarantine’s over.”
Only relying on the guitar, Rotimi is able to truly showcase his voice on these feel-good tracks. The acoustic EP features selections from his last two EPs, as well as three new original songs.
His previous EP The Beauty of Becoming was released in December 2019.
