Talk about an artist predicting their next number one hit. Charlie Wilson follows the chart-topping hit “Forever Valentine” with his latest single “One I Got.”
Interpolating “Ain’t No Woman (Like The One I’ve Got)” by The Four Tops, the legendary singer woos his strong fanbase with his gentleman’s charm and female appreciation.
His too-cool voice is in crisp condition as he sings, “Her touch is amazing / Her love knocks me off my feet / Those good conversations / She got my heart, she got my soul.”
The good news about Wilson’s new song is that the release of the official music video quickly followed. The breezy visual finds the dapper crooner cruising the city to purchase a few gifts for his special lady. Wilson also gets his two-step on in several scenes.
Wilson is continuing to put in work on his forthcoming album, which is due sometime later this year via P Music Group, Inc/ BMG. The album will serve as the follow-up to 2017’s In It to Win It.
