The power of social media can be astonishing. Partially thanks to the popular app TikTok, skillful musician Masego is breathing new life into his jazzy 2017 anthem “Tadow.”
Originally put on Masego’s debut album Lady Lady in 2018, the re-release of “Tadow” features vocals by FKJ, as well as a radio edit and an extended version of the song.
“’Tadow’ was really truly just an improvised song. It was probably the eight luckiest minutes of our lives so far, you know? ‘Cause it really changed everything for us,” FKJ said about the song back in 2018.
In other news, Masego recently collaborated with Alex Isley and Jack Dine on their joint track “Good & Plenty” back in July. He also teamed up with Brasstracks and Common for their new song “Golden Ticket.”
