Tone Stith is back. The singer-songwriter has unleashed his new single titled “Devotion.”
On the Swagg R’Celious-produced track, Stith pledges his loyalty to his partner, as he outlines all the sacrifices he is willing to make for her.
“I’ll adore you even if you left me broken / If you take a step, baby I’ll take two / If on my last breath, I’ll breathe for you, ooh / Right until the end, I swear, I’ll do anything to prove / My devotion,” Stith passionately sings on the chorus.
At its core, “Devotion” is a tender tune that taps into classic R&B stylings. Stith’s stirring vocal performance makes it a top contender for heavy rotation on the urban AC radio format.
Stith has also shared an accompanying video for “Devotion,” which was directed by Mahaneela. The clip follows his love interest, who is a nurse, as she works long hours at a hospital. Stith, who remains home working on his music, shows how much he appreciates her by surprising her with a bubble bath waiting to allow her to relax after a hectic day.
“Devotion” is Stith’s first single since releasing “Light Flex” in 2018. The track appeared on the soundtrack for Uncle Drew. That same year, he also released his Good Company EP that featured guest appearances from Ty Dolla $ign, Swae Lee and Quavo.
