R&B sister duo The Amours are back with their new single “On The Run,” produced by Camper and Mamii.
Speaking on their new song, The Amours share: “‘On The Run’ is our revenge. It’s a testament. We haven’t had an easy journey in our career; we’ve had a lot of broken promises, ups and downs, but we still powered through.”
They continue, “We’ve literally been on the run, finding ourselves, finding our sound, chasing this dream, looking for the light at the end of the tunnel. We found it!”
“On The Run” is the follow-up to their 2023 tracks “JK, I Love You,” “Before I Met You” and “Don’t Deserve.”
All four tracks will appear on The Amours’ upcoming EP, Changes, set to arrive in March via November Yellow.
On March 7, The Amours will kick off their headlining Changes Tour in Dallas, Texas. The mini tour will make stops in Atlanta, Boston, New York and Washington, D.C., before wrapping up in Philadelphia at World Live Cafe.
“We’re so elated to be going on our debut solo tour! The Changes Tour holds a special place in our hearts because it’s the mark of a new beginning for us,” The Amours told Rated R&B.
“Many of our fans have only witnessed us being featured as supporting vocalist. So, we’re really excited for you all to see us in a different light, stepping out of the background into the forefront.”
