Femme It Forward, the women-powered music and entertainment company, has announced the honorees for its 4th annual Give Her FlowHERS Awards Gala. The star-studded ceremony is set for Nov. 21 at The Beverly Hilton in Beverly Hills.

Launched in 2022, the gala honors “the brilliance, resilience, and creativity of women whose voices and vision shape the world around us.” This year’s theme, “Same Root. New Flower.,” celebrates the beauty of evolution and the shared roots that connect women and countless ways they continue to bloom.

The 2025 honorees feature a range of women in music and entertainment, including Ciara, Kehlani, Normani, Jhené Aiko and Mariah The Scientist, among others.

Ciara will receive the Muse Award, which honors “a living legend whose legacy, impact, and timeless music inspires past, current, and future generations.” The Grammy-winning R&B-pop star, who recently dropped her CiCi (Deluxe) album, was previously honored at the inaugural ceremony with the Black Love Award, alongside her husband, Russell Wilson.

Kehlani, who is up for two Grammy nods for her hit “Folded,” will be presented with the Alchemist Award. She will be recognized for turning her struggles into strength and her truth into timeless art.

Mariah The Scientist will receive the Bloom Award, which “spotlights a breakthrough artist whose growth and grace have transformed her journey into full bloom, a testament to the beauty of becoming.” The buzzing R&B artist released her fourth album, Hearts Sold Separately, in August, which included her highest-charting single to date, “Burning Blue.”

Normani will accept the Femme It Forward Award for making “incredible inroads” within the music industry and community through impactful service and leadership. Meanwhile, Jhené Aiko will receive the Glow Getter Award, which “honors women who embody wellness, self-care, and purpose, shining from the inside out and inspiring others to do the same.”

“‘Same Root. New Flower.’ beautifully captures the essence of this night, a celebration of growth, evolution, and the way women continue to bloom in every season of life as mothers, muses, lovers, leaders, and creators,” says Heather Lowery, CEO and founder of Femme It Forward.

Lowery adds, “We are all connected; the seeds planted by one generation allow the next to bloom brighter. Give Her FlowHERS honors the women who are shaping the future of music and culture while inspiring the next generation to lead with confidence and purpose. When women are seen, supported, and celebrated, we all grow together.”

Other honorees this year include renowned music journalist Gail Mitchell (Mentor Excellence Award); legendary music exec Sylvia Rhone (Legacy Award); Teyana Taylor’s mother, Nikki Taylor (Queens Raising Queens Award); and Love Island season seven contestant Olandria Carthen (Self-Love Award).

Proceeds from the Give Her FlowHERS Awards Gala will benefit Next Gem Femme, the organization’s mentorship program that seeks to improve equity and help women in music and entertainment find career opportunities. Menors of the Next Gem Femme will also be recognized at the event for their guidance and impact.
