FLO is getting ready to bring summer heat. The British R&B-pop trio has announced their second album, Therapy at the Club, will release July 24 via Republic Records.

“We’re incredibly proud to finally share Therapy at the Club, our sophomore album, with the world. It’s a body of work that feels super personal to us, it’s been a labour of love,” FLO said. “For us, the club is more than just a night out, it’s like therapy. I mean, where else do you feel more understood than in a girls bathroom on a night out…that’s the vibe!”

They also shared that they have been more involved in the songwriting process. “We’ve been very hands on with the writing and creation of this project alongside our very special collaborators, and that’s made it even more meaningful to us,” they said. “This album represents where we are right now — honest, evolving, and unafraid to feel everything. We really hope you love it!”

According to press materials, Therapy at the Club includes songwriting by Amy Allen, Steph Jones, Julian Bunetta, and Boy Matthews, as well as contributions from previous collaborators Oak Felder, Sevyn Streeter and Skippz.

Along with their album announcement, FLO has shared the title track as the second single. It was produced by Lostboy, Leroy Clampitt and Lauren “Amma” Keen. The soulful, piano-laden ballad is a much-needed refuge from gnawing anguish. “If you еver fall out of love, try therapy at the club,” they sing in the chorus.

FLO debuted “Therapy at the Club,” as well as the unreleased “HaterBooth,” during their set on NPR’s Tiny Desk in February.

The 16-track album will also include the lead single, “Leak It,” a confident pop banger. “Leak It’ unlocks a core memory of being a young girl, listening to girl group music and feeling empowered,” they explained.

Therapy at the Club will follow FLO’s Grammy-nominated debut, Access All Areas, released in 2024. The project debuted at No. 20 on Billboard’s Top R&B Albums chart and No. 163 on the Billboard 200.

On the U.K.’s Official Charts, Access All Areas opened at No. 3, marking the highest-charting album by a British R&B girl group since Mis-Teeq’s Lickin’ On Both Sides in 2001.
