Rapper Kendrick Lamar and alt-R&B star SZA have unveiled the dates for their co-headlining Grand National Tour.

The Live Nation-backed tour, in partnership with pgLang and Top Dawg Entertainment, will visit 19 stadiums across North America. The first stop will be U.S. Bank Stadium in Minneapolis on April 19, 2025.

From there, K. Dot and SZA will hit major cities, including Houston, Atlanta, Philadelphia, Los Angeles, Toronto and more, before wrapping up in Washington, D.C. The Los Angeles stop, as well as East Rutherford, New Jersey, have two shows scheduled.

The exclusive Cash App Visa Card presale begins Wednesday, Dec. 4, at 10 a.m. local time. Tickets go on sale to the general public Friday, Dec. 6, at 10 a.m. local time.

The Grand National Tour announcement follows the release of Lamar’s surprise album, GNX, released Nov. 22 via pgLang/Interscope Records. The album debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200.

Impressively, Lamar also occupies the entire top 5 on the Billboard Hot 100: “Squabble Up” (No. 1), “TV Off” featuring Lefty Gunplay (No. 2), “Luther” with SZA (No. 3), “Wacced Out Murals” (No. 4) and “Hey Now” (No. 5).

Additionally, in the top 10, “Reincarnated” comes in at No. 8. while “Man At The Garden” (No. 9) is in close company with Mariah Carey’s “All I Want For Christmas Is You” (No. 10).

Before Lamar heads on the road, he will headline Apple Music’s Super Bowl LIX Halftime Show on Sunday, Feb. 9, 2025, at Caesars Superdome in New Orleans.

Jon Batiste and Ledisi have been tapped to perform at the pregame show, with Batiste set to perform the national anthem and Ledisi will deliver “Lift Every Voice and Sing.”

SZA, whose 2022 album SOS is No. 1 for a 97th week on Billboard’s Top R&B Albums chart, is preparing to drop new music soon. Per British Vogue, the singer is gearing up to release a deluxe edition of SOS as well as her third album, Lana.

Both projects are said to be arriving later this fall despite the season coming to a nearing end.

Speaking on Lana, SZA told the publication, “I think I am making music from a more beautiful place. From a more possible place versus a more angsty place.”

She added, “I’m not identifying with my brokenness. It’s not my identity. It’s shit that happened to me. Yeah, I experienced cruelty. I have to put it down at some point. Piece by piece, my music is shifting because of that, the lighter I get.”

In non-music news, SZA will star alongside Keke Palmer in the upcoming comedy movie One of Them Days. The Issa Rae-produced film hits theaters Jan. 24, 2025.
