We love Beyoncé  for many reasons–she is an amazing performer, beautiful and makes hits that we can cry to and dance to. However, get ready for another reason to love the 32-year-old entertainer: her philanthropist heart.

While on her Mrs. Carter world tour, Beyoncé  has partnered with Goodwill in an initiative called #BeyGood involving her fans to create jobs within America.

“The people who come through our doors are a diverse group, from single mothers and recent immigrants to people with criminal backgrounds and adults who never finished high school. But everyone is looking for the same thing: a better life,” Goodwill Industries International president and CEO Jim Gibbons said in a press release. “We’re proud that Beyoncé  is using her platform to share the positive impact Goodwill has on local communities, the environment and the lives of the millions of people Goodwill assists each year. We are incredibly grateful for Beyoncé ‘s support of Goodwill’s mission.”

The singer is asking Mrs. Carter concert goers at 14 North American tour dates to bring clothing donations with them to the show. The donations will then be sold in the communities, with the proceeds going toward employment opportunities.

“I am excited to team up once again with Goodwill in supporting their efforts in finding and creating jobs for families in need,” Beyoncé  said in the Goodwill press release.

She is even creating incentives to really attract participation from concert goers. The singer will be rewarding the first 100 fans who donate with chances to upgrade their concert seats to her VIP section.
