Kelly Rowland isn’t taking time off. According to reports, the powerhouse singer is working with producer Calvin Harris who produced Rihanna’s hit single “We Found Love.”
Although there hasn’t been many details revealed about Kelly and Calvin’s collaboration, Kelly has confirmed that she is recording new material with Calvin Harris.
In any case, we will be hearing Kelly’s voice on another dance track in the future and she’s definitely not a stranger to dance tracks. In 2009, she teamed with French DJ/producer David Guetta for their #1 single “When Love Takes Over.” Furthermore, Kelly collaborated with Guetta again for her single “Commander” which was originally the lead single to her recent album “Here I Am.”
It looks Ms. Kelly is gearing up for another successful year. In 2011, she had a #1 single (“Motivation”), released an album, and landed many gigs including being a judge for UK’s X-Factor. We can’t wait until we find out more details about Kelly’s plans for 2012.
