Rising singer and Rated Next Artist John Michael is back with another mixtape. The “Sophisticated Lady” singer unleashes his “Young & Restless” mixtape for his fans.
Composed of ten tracks, “Young & Restless” features Michael’s rendition of new songs such as Chris Brown’s “New Flame” and Usher’s “She Came To Give It To Me.” Michael also pays tribute to the late Michael Jackson on “I Can’t Help It,” which is lifted off his “Off The Wall” album.
“With this project I really was focused on showing who I am as a songwriter and person,” says Michael. “I’m a single father out here in the game dealing with relationships and industry politics. But at the end of the day when I’m in the studio, I’m at peace.”
