Up-and-coming singer Johnson Orchid gets deep with his new single “Dance It Off.”
Telling the story of a woman whose only escape is on the dance floor, Orchid offers soft and soulful vocals, like that of Babyface, on this Mr. Damention produced track. For the inspiration of the song, Orchid explains, “night clubs often have this perception of promiscuity and one night stands, but most of the time, girls just want to live in their moment and dance the night away, without any unwarranted expectations.”
The London native, having only been on the scene for a short time, is getting a lot of great buzz following his recent single “Girl.” Orchid will be hitting the road on a fall college and university tour, and has new releases on the horizon in the coming months.
