LeToya Luckett is back! The former Destiny’s Child member returns with her brand new single, “Back 2 Life.”
On the track, which samples Soul II Soul’s classic hit “Back to Life (However Do You Want Me),” Luckett sings about a sour relationship.
“Maybe it’s a lie / To keep our love alive / But I know you want to ride / So, I gotta get back to life / Back to reality,” she sings.
“Back 2 Life” is expected to appear on Luckett’s upcoming third album, Until Then, which will be released on Entertainment One.
Until Then is the follow-up to LeToya Luckett’s 2009 sophomore album, Lady Love. The album included hits like “Regret” and “Not Anymore.”
