She’s back!
Emerging singer H.E.R. broke the internet last summer with her surprise debut EP, H.E.R. Vol 1. Although her identity has remained a mystery, her music has become very popular within a matter of months. The EP has racked up millions of streams on Spotify alone.
Today, H.E.R. surprised fans with a brand new track called “Say It Again.” The sultry, bedroom jam finds H.E.R. singing about an intimate night with her lover.
“Show tonight / I hit all the notes that I know you like / You know I’m a pro when I’m on the mic / We’re already here so turn off the lights, yeah,” she sings.
She continues, “And I won’t say it again / Oh you know I don’t get naughty for anybody / I won’t say it again / Even though this ain’t the first time / I tell you one time / I ain’t say it again.”
“Say It Again” will appear on H.E.R. Vol. 2 EP, which is available for pre-order.
