This week’s Throwback Thursday song is “Missing You” by Case. The hit single appeared on Case’s third studio album “Open Letter” which was released in 2001. The heartfelt single became an instant hit. It spent four weeks at the number one position on Billboard’s R&B/Hip-Hop Songs chart, becoming Case’s most successful single to date.
Did you know “Missing You” was first recorded by R&B singer Joe? He recorded the track (“I’m Missing You”) in 2000 for his album “My Name Is Joe.” However, he ended up not using the song and gave it to Case!
