R&B newcomer Derrick Belmar has released his new single “I Can Be Your Hero.” The 26-year-old wrote the first part of the song at the tender age of eight and ended up completing the song a few years ago.
“I Can Be Your Hero” is the first single from Belmar’s forthcoming project. “I’m just so proud to finally be releasing it to the world,” he said. “This is the title track off my album that I’m working on that I should have out by the end of this year or early next year. This song grew up with me and it will always have a very special place in my heart because this is the very first song I’ve written and the very first song God gave to me.”
