Miguel Announces ‘The Ascension Tour’

Miguel is hitting the road this fall. The Grammy-winning singer has announced his Ascension Tour, which kicks off later this summer. The 26-date tour will feature special guests R&B duo dvsn and emerging singer Nonchalant Savant.

The North American tour, which is the follow-up to this year’s War & Leisure Tour, will begin on August 23 in Boston. Miguel and his crew will hit other major cities along the way including Chicago, Toronto, Indianapolis, D.C., Los Angeles and Dallas, before wrapping up on September 28 in Seattle.

In addition to his solo dates, Miguel’s itinerary includes festival appearances such as Afropunk in Brooklyn, Made in America Festival in Philadelphia, ONE MusicFest in Atlanta and Life is Beautiful Festival in Las Vegas.

On June 24, Miguel will perform live at the BET Awards in Los Angeles. In July, he will be appearing at Essence Music Festival in New Orleans.

Tickets for The Ascension Tour go on sale on Friday, June 22 at 10 a.m. local time via Miguel’s official website.
