24hrs and Ty Dolla $ign, together known as 24hrs, have teamed with OVO Sound’s Roy Woods for a new song titled “Mind Games.”
On the bouncy track, the three R&B gents make it clear to their respective love that they keep it real in the streets and in the sheets. “Now, what would you do? / If these niggas played you? / I don’t play mind games / I buy designer frames,” 24hrs sings in the first verse.
“I don’t play mind games / Girl, I promise,” Dolla $ign chants on the hook before singing in the second verse, “Dolla one hundred / Girl, don’t play / Bust it for me / Pop it for me / Back it up / You back that in / Do it for zaddy.”
Woods vouches that his bros 24hrs and Dolla $ign are just as real as he is. “Girl, I don’t play mind games / Dolla $ign, 24, neither / We pull up, you know who it is / I ain’t riding in no focus / Only real niggas, they ’round me / Make sure only real girls approach us,” he sings.
24Dollas also released a slow-burning tune called “Still Down.” On the apologetic record, 24hrs and Dolla $ign confess to the mistakes they made in a relationship and ask their lovers for forgiveness.
“We go through the motions, we up and down / We made it this far, lemme know if you still down / All the shit we been through, lemme know if you still down / We ain’t got nothing to lose,” Dolla $ign sings on the chorus.
Both tracks are expected to appear on 24hrs and Ty Dolla $ign’s upcoming joint project, which will hopefully arrive soon.
