With official first-week sales still up in the air for his second album, East Atlanta Love Letter, 6LACK releases the accompanying visual for the titular track featuring Future.
For the somber affair, the two ATL natives are seen looking mysteriously at the camera as they waltz through their hometown locales and stare into the murky downtown skyline. Even though there is no real storyline to speak of, the technical and symbolic wonder of the frame keeps it from being drab.
East Atlanta Love Letter, featuring collaborations from J. Cole, Offset, And Khalid, succeeds 2016’s FREE 6LACK.
On October 5, 6LACK is embarking on a world tour in support of his new album. Tierra Whack, Summer Walker, THEY and Boogie will serve as special guests for the international trek.
