The key inspiration for this sunny track lies in the unbound joy she feels that she is now in a new headspace. Cassie understands here what it means to limit distractions and take pleasure in the many pleasures of life.
“Simple Things” is the final track from Cassie’s Free Friday music series, which she launched back in June. She hit fans with dose after dose of new music, including “Excuse Me” and “Rollercoaster” featuring Ro James.
Hopefully, Cassie’s proud batch of songs will yield a new project before the year is out.
