Brandy surprises her fans with a new song called “How High.” The song made its debut on Brandy and Ray J’s VH1 reality show, A Family Business. The 33-year-old singer is set to perform on Dick Clark’s Rockin’ Eve, hosted by Ryan Seacrest.
