Following the release of “Q.U.E.E.N.,” Janelle Monaé premieres her latest single, “Dance Apocalyptic.” The upbeat tune will appear on Monaé’s upcoming album, “The Electric Lady,” due in stores on September 10.
The “Tightrope” singer lightly samples Juicy J’s “Bands A Make Her Dance” on the track. On July 2, Monaé will premiere the official video for “Dance Apocalyptic.”
In other news, Monaé is scheduled to perform at the 2013 BET Awards this Sunday
