We’re not the only ones who love Luke James. Beyoncé seems like she can’t get enough of the R&B crooner. It has been confirmed that James will join Beyoncé for the North American leg of her “Mrs. Carter Show World Tour,” which kicks off on June 29 in Las Vegas.
“I am so honored and humbled that Beyoncé personally chose me to share the stage with her again,” said James. “Luke James is pure talent,” Beyoncé added. He is a gifted singer and songwriter. I am excited to have him continue on the tour.”
James recently served as the opening act for the European leg of the tour. He also opened for the R&B/pop megastar at her four-night residency at Revel Ovation Hall in Atlantic City.
“Being on tour overseas with Beyoncé was magical,” James said. “I learned so much from her in Europe. Her artistry, professionalism and work ethic are incomparable. She and Jay-Z gave me great advice about perfecting my live show and connecting with the audience. I am really looking forward to bringing that same energy and performance that I delivered overseas to the U.S. audience.”
