K.Michelle is in no hurry to release her debut album, “Rebellious Soul.” She wants the highly-awaited project to be just right. To make sure it is right, she has delayed the album to August.
Don’t get your panties in a bunch just yet. Today, Michelle releases a three-track EP appropriately titled “The Hold Over” as fans await the arrival of “Rebellious Soul.”
“Rebellious Soul” was set to release on July 30 but will now be released on August 13 via Atlantic Records.
“I can’t thank my fans enough for the unconditional love and support. I want this album to be perfect! Thank you for your patience,” she tweeted to fans.
Even though the album is pushed back, K.Michelle still treats fans with new music. The EP released features three songs “Pain Killa,” “Million Harts,” and “Wish I Could Be Her.”
Fans are in for another treat this weekend as K.Michelle will world premiere the video for her single “V.S.O.P” Saturday on BET’s 106 & Park.
