R&B crooner Raheem DeVaughn will release his fourth studio album, “A Place Called Loveland,” on September 3. The 16-track album will include production from Carvin & Ivan, Ne-Yo, Mario Winans, Dre King, among others. “Love Connection” is the first single from the album. “Ridiculous,” penned and produced by Ne-Yo is the second single. In an effort to build more buzz about his album, DeVaughn has shared the official track list.
