Emerging R&B singer Jarell Perry has been very consistent with releasing new music. The Rated Next artist releases his sophomore project, “White.”
“White” consists of seven tracks with a feature from Chuck Lnglish.
Last March, Perry released his debut EP “Simple Things” which was well-received by new and existing fans. The project served as Perry’s introduction to the world.
