Free-spirited singer Solange Knowles launched a special Q&A for her Twitter followers Wednesday night (April 23), giving some inside details on her next project.
The last time we heard a full-length album from Solange Knowles was nearly six years ago with her 2008 “Sol-Angel and the Hadley St. Dreams” album.
Progressively different from her debut album “Solo Star,” it will be interesting to see what experimenting sounds the singer has up her sleeves this time around. Knowles is known for deviating from the norm and creating her own sound, but even the singer herself fears trying new things.
“It’s the album I may have been afraid to make, but had no choice to make,” tweets the Houston native when asked if there is anything she can reveal about her next project.
Knowles is anticipating an early fall release for her third full-length studio album. She reveals that she has already written 25 tracks and counting. The 27-year-old also tells fans that she is very happy with the project’s progress and narrowing down potential tracks to make the final cut.
Listen out for more news on Knowles’ upcoming project as more information unfolds in the near future.
