As Eric Roberson gears up for his new album, he treats fans with his new single “Mark on Me.”
On the smooth track, Roberson tells a story about a man who has a one night stand with a woman. He thought he would be able to forget about her but for some reason she stays on his mind.
“It didn’t go like I had planned/ I thought after we shared an evening/ I would have the upper hand/ But the thought of this girl ain’t leaving/She’s constantly on my mind,” Roberson sings on the first verse.
“Mark on Me” is the first single off Roberson’s forthcoming album “The Box,” due on August 12.
