With the 68th Annual Tony Awards set to air this Sunday, a list of powerful performers has been announced.
Music greats Gladys Knight, Patti LaBelle and R&B songstress Fantasia will lend their soulful voices to the televised show to celebrate “After Midnight,” which picked up a nomination for Best Musical.
Fantasia has been a cast member of “After Midnight” since it started last fall. She has wowed audiences with unforgettable jazz renditions — namely “Sunny Side of the Street,” which was first introduced in Lew Leslie’s Broadway musical titled “International Revue.”
