Communication is such a vital tool in any relationship, it helps with understanding. Very often, however, as humans, we don’t always communicate properly in an effective manner, and thus, conflict can occur. Particularly in group settings with women, good communication can be important because, as women, we tend to be more emotional and, therefore, more sensitive towards certain subjects or issues. If we lived in a perfect world where everyone got along, that would be great, but that’s just not realistic.
In fact, sometimes, people just don’t like one another, and that’s ok. It’s no crime to not like someone or something. Usually, the offense comes when your dislike turns into a direct disrespect, and if that occurs, it’s important to take responsibility for your actions. Being disrespectful to another human being or offensive can create a hostile environment which can also be unhealthy to all parties involved. It is, therefore, best to respectfully try to keep the lines of communication open to avoid unnecessary problems and/or drama and, more so, to keep the peace.
