R&B artist D’Angelo has been tapped as a musical guest for Saturday Night Live.
Set to appear on January 31, D’Angelo’s performance will mark his first televised performance since the 2012 BET Awards.
Following the SNL appearance, the Voodoo singer will perform at the legendary Apollo Theater in New York City on Feb. 7. A week later, he will embark on The Second Coming Tour, which will begin on Feb. 11 in Zurich, Switzerland. The multi-date tour will conclude on March 7 in Brussels, Belgium.
The forthcoming European tour will support his latest album The Black Messiah, which was released in December. The album marks his first official release in 14 years.
