Produced by Adonis Shropshire, the track shows DeBarge in a bold and mature light. On the track, the 24-year-old singer lets her man know that he’s not running the show because she can take care of her own self. The song is an extension from her debut single (“Goodbye”). However, it has more of an urban feel than the pop record.
