On Tuesday (Feb. 24), Keyshia Cole’s latest reality show All In premiered on BET. During the opening scene, Cole speaks with her manager, Manny Halley, about leaving Geffen Records due to the lack of respect and support she’s received since the departure of Ron Fair.
Fair, an A&R executive who has worked on Cole’s first four albums, was photographed with the singer-songwriter earlier this week. The Calling All Hearts artist posted a photo on her Instagram with the caption, “Guess who’s gonna be helping me with this new album.”
She added, “#Always have seen him as more than a musical inspiration! #Also a Father! My life changed the day I met his guy.”
The Mishandling of Keyshia Cole ‘Woman to Woman’ Album
While the album reunion with Fair and Cole has not been officially announced, we hope there is some truth to her Instagram post. Cole’s last album, Point of No Return sold 25,000 copies in its first week of sales, marking her lowest debut sales to date.
Cole is now an independent artist.
